About the Skipper:

Andy has been taking people to sea since he was 13 years old.
His primary pleasure is taking people fishing and watching people catch their dinner.
Andy also engages in several conservation studies from global shark tagging programs to Bluefin Tuna catch and release.
He can take you cruising around the South Coast or provide a platform to safely and respectively scatter a loved ones ashes at sea.
As a former Royal Marine of 33 years, Andy is culturally aware, holds a high security clearance, highly flexible and globally experienced in maritime issues.

Boat Specification:

The Patricia Rose is named after the female influences in Andy's life.
Patricia (Trish) is Andy's long-suffering wife, and the Rose comes from my Daughter-in-laws and Granddaughters.
The boat is an 1982 Aquastar Sports Fisherman that was re-engined in 2014 with two FPT 280 Hp Commercial diesels giving her a top speed in excess of 20 knots.
The boat is coded by the MCA to 60Nm from a safe haven giving you access to the whole English Channel and Channel Islands.

We generally only fill the boat to 8 anglers for your pleasure as bringing more just increases the number of tangles you get.
Fishing out of Plymouth puts you in deep water quickly.
Within a few miles you'll be in 140 feet dropping to over 230 feet on our offshore wrecks.
